CLOSING CEREMONY NZCT AIMS GAMES 2011 QUEEN ELIZABETH YOUTH CENTRE
INFORMATION FOR
Friday 2ND September 1.00pm
• Please arrive with plenty of time (aim to be seated by 12.45pm). The prize giving starts at 1.00pm sharp. Some finals on the Friday will require good planning for teams to be ready to travel to Queen Elizabeth Youth Centre in time.
• Teams are required to wear team tracksuits or school uniform to prize giving.
• All medal winning teams will have seating reserved for them at the front of the Queen Elizabeth Youth Centre. Approximately 500 athletes, coaches, managers in total, not including tournament team nominees.
• Please seat your captains at the end or beginning of a row so that they can lead their team forward.
• Codes will endeavour to advise coaches of successful tournament team athletes. These athletes should be asked to sit on the outside of rows for easy access to the stage (to accept their medal and certificate).
• All coaches are asked to reinforce with their athletes that this is a formal occasion.
• Where there is concern of name pronunciation please contact Vicki Semple as soon as possible to clarify.
